David Reigns in Hebron

2 After this, David asked the Lord, “Should I go up into one of the cities of Judah?”

The Lord said to him, “Go up.”

David said, “Where shall I go up?”

The Lord said, “To Hebron.”

² So David went there with his two wives, Ahinoam of Jezre’el and Abigail of Carmel, who was Nabal’s widow.
